UK Shipping

Processing & Fulfilment:

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

All parcels are insured for peace of mind in the rare event of loss or damage.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: 

Delivery Time: Aims for delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and worldwide in 5 to 7 working days (may vary by location and customs clearance).

Worldwide: Tracked & Signed. 6–7 working days for Standard (may vary by location and customs clearance).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Payable by the recipient upon delivery

If You Refuse to Pay Duties or Taxes

If duties or taxes are not paid and the package is refused or abandoned, it may be destroyed or returned to us. In this case:

  • No refund will be issued for destroyed packages
  • Return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from any store credit (if applicable)

Delivery Issues
